Fingerprint Process and Instructions: Note: The Livescan Form and Michigan Waiver Agreement must be taken to your appointment and returned to the Human Resources department after fingerprinting.
If you are a current MI School employee and fingerprinted after 2008, please contact the Human Resources Department at your current school district to complete a fingerprint release form.
If requested, fingerprint results can be shared with other public school employers, subject to certain requirements. Please contact the Human Resources department at 231.933.1710 for details and release forms.
