These meetings will be conducted remotely as identified below and will not be held at the Tompkins Boardman Administration Building.

Under the Michigan Health and Human Services Epidemic Order MCL 333.2253, Board and Committee meetings scheduled between November 18th and December 8th 2020 will be held remotely. TCAPS Board members can be emailed directly at email@example.com or individually at the email addresses listed below:

For individuals who wish to give public comment at these meetings, please complete the Public Comment Request form prior to the start of the meeting you wish to speak. After completing the online Public Comment Request form, you will be provided with a phone number and PIN to access the Google Meet. If you do not receive this information, please contact the Board Recording Secretary, Stacey Hozak, at 231-933-1725. This form can also be found on the Boardâ€™s page of the district website at www.tcaps.net/board/. You will need to call in and wait in a "virtual waiting room" where microphones will be muted by a moderator. When it is your turn to speak, you will be identified by the last two (2) digits of your phone number and you will need to push *6 to unmute your microphone.
During the public comment portion of the agenda the moderator will identify the caller by the last two (2) digits of their telephone number and ask if they would like to make a comment. Please identify yourself by full name and address when you are called on. An individual may make public comment for up to three (3) minutes. The Board will not respond to public comment. We ask that concerns or comments directed toward individuals be made privately or in writing to the Superintendent, designee, or Board of Education President.
