Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) is announcing that in light of the new Epidemic Order (MCL 333.2253) issued by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) tonight, Sunday November 15, 2020, the rising cases of COVID-19 in the community, and ongoing staffing challenges, all TCAPS schools K-12 will begin remote learning starting Wednesday, November 18, 2020, and continue with remote instruction through December 8, 2020.
Elementary schools to remain open for face-to-face learning
Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) is announcing that remote learning will continue for middle school and high school students from Monday, November 16, 2020, through Friday, November 20, 2020. Additional information about how middle and high school students can continue to access their learning remotely will be provided by their school and/or teachers. Meals will be available daily for pick-up at each school building during the time designated as lunch on the remote schedule.
