The annual TC Patriot Game, a tradition that unites the Traverse City Central Trojans and the Traverse City West Titans, is set for Friday, October 24. The game is a special event dedicated to honoring Veterans, first responders, active-duty military, and local heroes who have died while serving our country. Kickoff is at 7:00 p.m. at Thirlby Field.

This year, the Student Senate members from both schools have chosen the Honor Flight Network as their beneficiary. Proceeds from commemorative t-shirt and sweatshirt sales, along with all donations, will be given to this deserving organization.

Tickets for the game are available for $7 each at GoFan.co. They will also be sold at Thirlby Field on game day, starting at 5:30 p.m. for $8. TCAPS highly recommends purchasing tickets in advance. On game day, separate lines will be available at the Thirteenth and Fourteenth Street entrances for cash, credit card, and Apple Pay transactions. All Veterans, active-duty military personnel, and first responders receive free entry to the game, entering through the Thirteenth Street rolling gate or the Fourteenth Street main entry.

To show support, Trojan fans will wear blue shirts while Titan fans will wear red. Commemorative apparel will be on sale for students October 20-24 during all three lunches. Base size t-shirts are $10, with XXL and XXXL priced at $13. The public can purchase both t-shirts and sweatshirts from Monday, October 20, through Friday, October 24, at both high schools. At TC West, fans can buy apparel by the main entrance from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. At TC Central, apparel will be available in the main entrance atrium from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Any remaining t-shirts and sweatshirts will be sold at Thirlby Field on game day.
