During Orientation, students will receive their class schedule, Chromebook, textbooks and school pictures. Families can also connect with TCAPS and community partners, including TCAPS Transportation Department, the YMCA and Student Health Clinic.
Orientation is a drop-in event, but we expect the busiest time to be between 5:00–6:00 p.m. If possible, we encourage families to attend earlier in the day for a more relaxed experience.
If you are unable to attend Orientation, please contact the WMS Main Office at 231-933-8200 to arrange pickup of your student’s schedule and materials. Chromebooks for students who do not attend Orientation will be distributed during the first week of school.

This week, photography students took the theme "Out of Place" and ran straight into a surreal world. By combining compositions with advanced editing techniques, they created these mind-bending images. Congratulations to Lydia Johnson, Huxley Tackett, Maya Dorman, Josslyn Kochis, Ali Sevenski, Quinn Kelloff, Clara Begala, Jack Williams, Aliya Soper, Brendan Bzdok, Piper Martin, Madalyn Henfling, Aiden Wolf, Mia Mason, Cole Widrig, Jackie Murdock, Emmy Rausch, Ayla Brantley, and Daxton Clay
Hosted by the generosity of China Fair, WMS ESL students and their NJHS tutors joined together to celebrate a year filled with food, fun, and friendship! 8th graders were honored for their contributions and each of them received a hand painted canvas crafted by younger classmates. It was a special day full of the beauty of community created by our Titans!
Today we celebrate our Titan Stars who were recognized by our staff for going above and beyond in our school community! These students consistently demonstrate kindness, leadership, responsibility and positivity in the classroom and beyond. Whether they are helping others, showing perseverance, or making WMS a better place each day, they represent what it means to be a Titan. We are proud of each and every one of them and love having them as part of our Titan family!
