Upcoming TCAPS Registration Dates & Account Setup

Online registration for Tuition Toddler, Tuition Preschool, Junior Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and Summer Explorer’s Club will begin soon. To ensure you are prepared, we are now allowing parents to create a TCAPS PowerSchool account in advance.


Please review the categories below to determine your next steps:

New to TCAPS Students

If the student you are wishing to enroll has never attended a TCAPS program:

  • Action: Please use the link below to request a new student account.

  • Note on Placement: Junior Kindergarten and Kindergarten registrations are sent to your designated home school unless you select TCAPS Montessori.

  • Boundary Map: Use our District Boundary Map to find your home school.

  • Important: Preschool placements do not guarantee Kindergarten placement for the same school in future years.

Current TCAPS Students (Preschool, JK, or Toddler)

If you already have a PowerSchool Parent Portal and the student you are wishing to enroll is linked to it:

  • Action: No action is needed at this time. You are ready for registration when it opens.

Returning Students (GSRP / Head Start / etc.)

If you have a student in these programs but have not accessed your PowerSchool account:

  • Action: Contact your school’s Administrative Assistant or the District Child Care Office to retrieve your login information.

  • Important: PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW STUDENT ACCOUNT.

Summer Explorer’s Club (Current JK-5 Students)

  • If you have a Parent Portal: No action is needed until registration opens.

  • If you DO NOT have a Parent Portal: Contact your school’s Administrative Assistant or the District Child Care Office for access.

  • Important: PLEASE DO NOT CREATE A NEW STUDENT ACCOUNT.

Important Registration Dates

  • Tuition Toddler / Preschool: February 3, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

  • TCAPS GSRP Pre-applications: Currently available.

  • Summer Explorer’s Club: February 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

  • Junior Kindergarten / Kindergarten: February 12, 2026, at 10:00 a.m.

Information & Enrollment Options

  • JK/K Parent Information Nights: Meetings will be held February 3–11. For specific school locations and times, please view the TCAPS JK & K Information Nights 2026.

  • Open Enrollment & School of Choice: Forms for those wishing to attend a school other than their home school (within or outside the district) will be available when registration opens in February.
