- Bus Entrance Upgrade (2019)

- Old Main Office (TBD)
Given the constraints of completing construction projects in short time frames during the summer months and to avoid as much disruption as possible to students' beginning of school year routines, initial work will need to begin prior to the end of the 2018-2019 school year.
While we are not anticipating major disruptions to operations within the main office during this time, as with any project, we may experience some inconveniences. We will take measures to minimize or avoid disruptions to students, families, and office services throughout this process. Signs will direct visitors to the temporary main entrance with the kiosk station located between the cafeteria and the physical education complex.
Our focus remains on the safety of our students, so we appreciate all your support and understanding as we work through this plan. The district will provide safety oversight to ensure there is proper separation of construction and school activities. Fencing has been placed in a portion of the parking lot to help support the construction process.
May 8, 2019: Email Update to Families
You may have noticed the fences going up to support the construction that is beginning at the end of this week. As a result of the bond passage, our building will begin to see some renovation. The main office complex is being moved with a reconfiguration of the front entry to enhance security and safety. The building will also be getting a new roof. This work is planned to begin this coming Saturday and continue throughout the summer with completion goals set for when the school year begins in the fall. Future work is also planned for our site in the coming years.
Signs will direct visitors to the temporary main entrance with the Kiosk station located between the cafeteria and the Physical Education complex. We thank you in advance for your patience as we work through this transition. When planning your visit to our site, you may want to give yourself extra time. Have a great day! Terry Smith
