About Mrs. Thompson. . .

 

 

 Linda Thompson teaches fifth grade at Westwoods Elementary and has been a staff member here for the past nine years. She has taught kindergarten, first, third, fourth, and sixth grade, and substitute taught kindergarten through ninth grade over the past 30 years. She received her Bachelors of Science in Education with triple minors of Language Arts, Mathematics, and a Planned Program, as well as her Masters in Early Childhood Education with a ZA Endorsement from Central Michigan University.

 

Mrs. Thompson has been married to Max Thompson for over 30 years and he is a controller for a local oil and gas company. They have a daughter, Molly, who is pursuing a Master of Health Administration at Grand Valley State University. Mrs. Thompson enjoys reading, playing tennis, watercolor painting, walking, gardening, and spending time with her family.
