Westwoods Athletics

Matt Bohrer has volunteered to be the Athletic Director for Westwoods.  This means he will attend the once a month meetings held by LEAP. The website and facebook will be updated regularly to help address and answer basic questions.  If you have additional questions, Matt can be reached at 883-6416. 

LEAP Learning Enrichment & Athletic Program LEAP is designed to offer co-curricular opportunities for TCAPS' students in elementary and middle school. Vision In partnership with a caring community, the Learning Enrichment & Athletic Program, will provide students with increased opportunities for engagement beyond the school day through educational and recreational activities to improve learning, health, and wellness. Mission The mission of LEAP is to support successful academic achievement for all students. Program Goals Each student committing to participate in athletic and/or recreational activities offered through LEAP will be ensured access to available programming. Focus of all LEAP activities and teams will be on skill development, gaining an appreciation for the sport/activity, and on teamwork. The highest degree of sportsmanship will be demonstrated by participants, coaches, parents, and spectators at all times.
