As part of the transition from Old Mission Peninsula School to Eastern Elementary School, which will take place at the start of the 2018-2019 school year, students from both schools will be meeting up at Central High School in March and April to participate in STEM activity days.
February 14th Student Count Day
On Saturday, February 10, 2018, a mini documentary about the opioid crisis, which was created by students in East Middle School’s digital media class, will be shown between periods at the Grizzel Game Hockey Awareness Fundraiser that begins at 7:00 p.m. at Centre Ice Arena (1600 Chartwell Dr.).
Student count day will be held on February 14, 2018.
On Tuesday, February 13, 2018, and Wednesday, February 14, 2018, the TC Central High School Choral-Aires will be delivering memorable moments with sweet song as they perform “singing valentines.”
On Saturday, February 10, 2018, Traverse City Central High School’s Trojan Men’s Basketball program will host Bounce House Night from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the school’s gymnasium (1150 Milliken Dr.).
On Tuesday, March 13, 2018, Traverse Heights Elementary School will host a community presentation of the OK2SAY/Cyber Safety Initiative program offered by the Michigan Attorney General’s Office.
Traverse City Area Public Schools (TCAPS) is pleased to announce the selection of Andrew Smith as the Traverse City Central High School Varsity Girls’ Soccer Head Coach, and Liberty Provost as the Varsity Boys’ Lacrosse Head Coach for the district’s new co-op team.
The Traverse City Central High School student initiated business, TC Treasure Chest, has finalized the financial liquidation of their business.
