Introducing Way to Grow Coordinator Mary Kolle:

Hi!  My name is Mary Kolle and I am the coordinator of Way to Grow for Long Lake, Central Grade, and Silver Lake Elementary schools.  I have been employed with TCAPS since 1999 and have been the School Readiness Service Provider since 2001, and a part of Long Lake staff since 2004.  My education consists of a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child Development/Early Childhood Education and I have continued with graduate work in the same field.

I have been in the field of Early Childhood since 1981 in various capacities including preschool teacher, college instructor, program director, licensed care provider, workshop presenter.  I enjoy being a way to grow service provider at Long Lake because I have the opportunity to connect with families, young children, students, and other educational professionals.

I live in Traverse City with my  husband Ryan, three children, Deirdre, 21, Trevor, 20 and Ian 15.  My children have had the opportunity to be part of TCAPS.  For fun I like to hike, collect recipes and cook, and scrapbook with friends.  If you would like more information regarding Way to Grow, please don't hesitate to contact me.
