Long Lake has  1-third grade class

Introducing 3rd grade teacher Melissa Morrice:

Welcome to third grade at Long Lake Elementary! My name is Melissa Morrice and I love being a part of the Long Lake community. I have lived in Traverse City, and been a teacher at Long Lake Elementary since 2004. I also spent some time teaching down state, but I have found that Long Lake is truly “home!”
 

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, and a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Teaching, from Michigan State University. I currently serve on the district math committee as well as Long Lake’s MiBLSi (Michigan’s Integrated Behavior and Learning Support Initiative) team.
 

I have had the privilege of meeting many families over the years. I look forward to meeting many more of you! Thank you for all that you do to make Long Lake Elementary a great place to learn!
