Elementary Athletic Opportunities
Athletic programs are available for elementary students in fourth and fifth grade. The following sports will be offered at each TCAPS school that registers enough participants to field a team:

The focus of LEAP athletic offerings is on skill development, growing a love of sport, and teamwork. Team placement for all LEAP programs will be determined by school of attendance and/or by random placement with the goal of each team being equitable. Teams will not be determined by a hierarchy of assumed talent. No student will be "cut" from any LEAP program.
Elementary Participation Fees
- $50 per sport
- Maximum $200 per year/per family for elemetnary sports
Fees help support the cost of equipment, supplies, officials, and facility usage. Families with specific financial needs should contact LEAP Director Scott Robertson at 231.933.1758 for possible scholarship opportunities
