Parents Invited to Share Views for Continuous Improvement of LEAP
We are asking parents to provide feedback regarding LEAP program communications in a brief online survey. We want to better understand the services and support that may best meet your needs in delivering high quality programs for students. Our goal is to continuously improve the LEAP program and we invite you to share your views. This survey will be available now through February 17th. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

LEAP is designed to offer co-curricular opportunities for TCAPS' students in elementary and middle school.

In partnership with a caring community, the Learning Enrichment & Athletic Program, will provide students with increased opportunities for engagement beyond the school day through educational and recreational activities to improve learning, health, and wellness.

 

Mission
The mission of LEAP is to support successful academic achievement for all students.

 

Program Goals

  • Each student committing to participate in athletic and/or recreational activities offered through LEAP will be ensured access to available programming.
  • Focus of all LEAP activities and teams will be on skill development, gaining an appreciation for the sport/activity, and on teamwork.
  • The highest degree of sportsmanship will be demonstrated by participants, coaches, parents, and spectators at all times.
