Athletic Sports Physicals to be Offered
Saturday, May 15th, 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM
On Saturday, May 15th, athletic sports physicals will be offered to all TCAPS' students planning to try out for athletic teams at the middle school or high school level for the 2010-2011 school year. Physicals will take place at TC East Middle School, 1776 Three Mile Road North from 8:00 AM - 11:30 AM. Cost is $25 per athlete. 

Physical cards must be signed by parents AND students in order for the physical to be performed. Physical cards are available at the high school athletic offices, middle school and elementary school offices.

Physicals are required (on or after April 15, 2010) for any student wanting to participate in athletics in grades 7-12 during the 2010-2011 school year. This will be the only date physicals will be offered through the District.

About the Freshman Mentoring Program
Peer mentoring programs for freshman students entering Central High School and West Senior High School are designed to ease the transition for incoming students during their first year in high school by helping students feel safe and comfortable in their new environment and to ensure successful academic achievement. The mentoring program offers new students the opportunity to build relationships with older students who can share their experiences and advice on settling in to a new learning environment.
