TCAPS' High Schools
Traverse City Area Public Schools has three high schools, grades 9 - 12. Each school offers the highest quality education
from caring, qualified staff. High school programming includes:
- Programs to accelerate learners include: 17 Advanced Placement courses, online courses, and extensive elective choices.
- College preparation assistance by certified counselors.
- Alternative high school program. (Traverse City High School)
- Career and technical programs at TBA Career Tech Center.
- World-class arts and music programs - band, orchestra, vocal music, visual arts, theatre, and performing arts - consistently earn honors in state and national competitions.
- Athletic programs include over 24 sports offerings for boys and girls. Teams and individuals are recognized every year for earning district, region, and state titles.
- Over 50 co-curricular club and club sport offerings.
