My name is Carrie Douglass and I have been with TCAPS for five years.  I have a Bachelor's Degree from DePaul University with a major in Child Psychology.

My favorite thing about my job is spending the day with children.  I enjoy watching them grow from the beginning of the year to the end.  I love watching them learn new things and interact with all their friends on a daily basis.

I have three wonderful boys.  Jackson age 15 is a sophomore at West Senior High School.  Brady age 12 is a 6th grader at West Middle School.  Charlie is 9 and a 4th grader at Willow Hill.  My free time is spent enjoying them and the many activities they participate in outside of school.
