Tara Terwillegar - Art Teacher

This is my second year in TCAPS. I teach K-5 Art and have been in K-12 Art Education since 2003. I obtained my Master's in Art Education from Western Michigan University and am enjoying putting my thesis work of Community Based Art Education into practice. 

I am thrilled to show students new techniques and help them explore connections with their art and the world around them. I enjoy traveling, enjoying the outdoors during all the seasons, playing music and painting.
