Ms. Tricia Weston - Second Grade Teacher

Hi! My name is Tricia Weston. I am a second grade teacher at Willow Hill. I have been a teacher for 18 years. I taught in Wisconsin for the first six years of my career and have been with Traverse City Schools since. I have a degree in general education, Special Education and language arts. I also hold my Master's Degree from MaryGrove College in the Art of Teaching. I have taught many grades but mainly second, third and fourth. I grew up knowing that I wanted to be in the classroom teaching children.

I truly enjoy seeing their faces light up when they share fun stories, gain new knowledge and apply the knowedge they've learned. This job brings such joy to my life!

I have two children of my own. Jake is 15 and attending his first year at West High School and Lauren is 12 and attending her first year at West Middle School. We enjoy skiing, being outside on the beach or on a boat, movies and just being together.
