About Mrs. Johnson. . .
Mrs. Johnson was born and raised in Traverse City. She loves the area and can think of no other place she’d rather live than this beautiful area.
Teaching is Mrs. Johnson’s second career. She started out in the field of counseling where she learned that she loved working with and teaching children. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family Studies and a Master of Arts degree in counseling. She later returned to earn a second Bachelor degree in Education where she has found her passion. All of her degrees have been from Central Michigan University.
Mrs. Johnson has a wonderful husband named, Tom, a very busy four year old son named, Ryan and one year old son, Kyle. Ryan will join the Westwoods family this fall as he enters pre-school. Mrs. Johnson and her family live in Lake Ann with their two crazy Labradors, Hannah and Riley.
She enjoys being a mom, wife and daughter, first and foremost. Scrap booking is something that she can often be found doing in addition to gardening.
