Mrs. Stricker holds a Bachelor's degree in Language Arts from Grand Valley State University and received her Montessori training from the Michigan Montessori Teacher Training Center in Rochester Hills Michigan. In 2008, she began coursework towards a Master's degree in science education.

Mrs. Stricker worked in a primary environment at West Bay Montessori School for two years before joining TCAPS Montessori in 2002.
