| February 3, 2012 PTO NewsA big thank you to all the volunteers who "POP" into the school on Fridays to pop popcorn. We popped over 500 bags on Friday, January 20th! A special thank you to PopKies for helping us keep up the weekly popcorn flavors. If you are in downtown T.C., "pop" in and thank them in person!
The February PTO meeting has changed to Tuesday, February 7th, at 6:30 p.m. Free childcare is provided. We hope to see you there! |

- January (entire month) Volunteer sign up for carnival- planning, set up, run a game, sell tickets, clean up, and much more
- January 9-20 Silent auction basket - classroom themes and collection (lists will be available on the website soon)
- January 10 PTO Meeting, 6:30 p.m.
- January 20 WW Movie Night, movie to be announced by 4th Grade Girl Scout Troop #10413
- January 23-February 3 WW Carnival Ticket Pre-sales
- February 10 WW Carnival and Kitchen for 5th Grade LOC Camp
- February 14 PTO Meeting, 6:30 p.m.

| December 2, 2011 PTO NewsWhat a great start to fall we have had at Westwoods. Thanks to all who have and continue to support the PTO.
This is what we have accomplished so far:
- Chrysler Drive for Kids $2,980
- Flower Bulb Sale $3,260
- La Senorita Gives Back $900
- Box Tops $1,800 (check expected)
- Sock Drive for United Way
- Senior Citizen Thanksgiving Dinner
We are just getting started! We still need volunteer help and support this year. The Carnival is right around the corner and we are establishing a Carnival Committee to continue the tradition of offering awesome carnivals for our community. We are looking for a group of people with ideas for this year's carnival; if you are interested, please contact Kelly Stockfisch at 275-0660 (or any PTO member).
