On Friday, April 24th and Saturday, April 25th, TCAPS’ Montessori families and staff members met at the Glenn Loomis campus in an effort to improve school grounds and the environment. TCAPS’ Montessori Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) organized a “work bee” weekend that incorporated bulb planting, tree trimming, stump removal, mulching, and tree planting. Fourteen trees were planted in the courtyard and playground areas. The beautification and environmental improvement project was made possible by the fundraising efforts of TCAPS’ Montessori families and staff.
