On Saturday, March 7th, Interlochen Community School’s Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) will sponsor a pancake breakfast and bake sale. All proceeds will benefit second grade student Madelynn Shepard and her family. Madelynn suffers from Neurofibromatosis (Type 1), a nervous tissue tumor. Several times a month her family must travel downstate for Madelynn to receive treatments.
The benefit will be from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in the Interlochen Community School Cafeteria, 3113 M-137, Interlochen. The cost is $5.00 for adults, $3.00 for students, and $15.00 for a family of four. Donations are needed for the bake sale and can be made to Interlochen PTO.
