The counseling staff at Traverse City West Middle School will initiate an Angel Tree Program to assist TC West Middle School families who may be experiencing a need over the holidays. Beginning December 1, 2008 an Angel Tree with ornaments will be located in the main lobby next to the school office. Each ornament will have gift information on the back (age of child, size, and type of “wish”) to help anyone wishing to make a donation with purchasing a gift for that child. Purchased gifts should be wrapped and returned with the angel ornament securely attached.
Anyone interested in supporting children in need can pick up an Angel Tree ornament in the main office at TC West Middle School, 3950 Silver Lake Road. Wrapped gifts should be returned to the 8th Grade Office no later than December 12th.
