Traverse City West Senior High School Advanced Theatre Students will perform William Shakespeare’s Macbeth. On November 7th – 8th and November 13th – 15th. All performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the TC West Senior High School Auditorium, 5376 N. Long Lake Road.
The play is the tragic story of Macbeth, a man obsessed with power who is manipulated by three witches into committing acts of murder. This production is not recommended for young children or the faint of heart. It is directed, costumed, choreographed, and produced by TC West Senior High School Students. Aerial effects, movement instruction, and equipment have been provided by Aerial Angels. Commedia Zuppa provided stage combat instruction and masks. The guest artists were made possible by a mini grant from the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural
Affairs.
Ticket prices are: $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for students and senior citizens. Tickets are available for purchase at the TC West Senior High School Main Office or at the door the night of the performance.
