Northern Michigan Psychiatric Services will deliver four presentations on a variety of topics during the 7th Annual Teacher and Parent Education Series from Dr. Sander Weckstein, Board Certified Child, Adolescent, and General Psychiatrist. Presentations will run from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. at the Traverse City Central High School Library Media Center, 1150 Milliken Drive, on the following dates:
· November 18, 2008: “ADHD and Working Memory Training. A Non-
Medication Computer Oriented, Home Based Approach
to Improve ADHD Symptoms”
· January 13, 2009: “Anxiety Disorders in Children and Adolescents”
· February 17, 2009: “Depression and Bipolar Disorder in Children and
Adolescents”
· March 10, 2009: “The Autistic Spectrum Disorders – Autism, Asperger’s
and Pervasive Developmental Disorder NOS”
