The principal, Jim Leyndyke, of Traverse City Central High School is proud to announce that Jillian Bergsma and Aaron Trippe have been named as finalists in the 2008 National Merit Scholarship Program.
These students placed among the top five percent of more than 1.4 million students in nearly 21,000 high schools entered the 2008 National Merit Program by taking the 2006 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test, which served as an initial screen of program entrants.
