On Tuesday, September 18, 2007 Traverse City Music Boosters will hold its annual general membership meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the Orchestra Room at Traverse City West Senior High School. All parents of TCAPS music students and other interested community members are encouraged to attend.
Agenda items include discussion of the following: November 6th Millage Renewal Election led by Paul Soma, TCAPS’ Chief Financial Officer; Music Booster Board members and TCAPS’ Music Department staff will facilitate efforts to seek parent input regarding the changes ahead for middle and high school students; and an opportunity for volunteers to sign-up to assist with Music Booster activities for the 2007-2008 school year will be provided.
All parents of students taking music education classes in Traverse City Area Public Schools, grades K – 12, are automatically members of the Music Boosters, and interested community members are also invited to participate.
