The Choral-Aires from both Traverse City Central High School and Traverse City West Senior High School were selected to perform in the Michigan Youth Arts Festival Solo and Ensemble Recitals. The festival will be held at Western Michigan University on Friday, May 11, 2007.
TC Central High School senior Kyle Stevens, and Kaleena Steward, a senior at TC West Senior High School were selected to perform as soloists. The ensembles and soloists were selected through the MSVMA State Solo and Ensemble Festivals. The students will participate in the two-day arts festival where all the Arts will be celebrated by Michigan’s finest.
