Traverse City Central High School is pleased to announce the Debate Team final standings at the Detroit Country Day Tournament held September 24th and 25th in Beverly Hills, Michigan.
“TC Central Debate Team picked up right where it left off last year by coming home from the tournament with numerous trophies,” commented Carol Roehrich, TC Central High School Debate Team Coach.
TC Central High School Debate Final Standings:
- Dylan Cooper Third Place Varsity Speaker
- David Blesh Fifth Place Junior Varsity Speaker
- Kevin Query Ninth Place Varsity Speaker
The team of Dylan Cooper and Katie Stanton finished with a 5-1 record, bowing out in the Varsity Semifinals. TC Central High School Debate Team will be competing at the Muskegon Mona Shores tournament this weekend.
