On Friday, June 4th, Eastern Elementary will host their annual family picnic. Eastern Elementary School families are invited to attend this event that will take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. outside on the school grounds, 1600 Eastern Avenue. Picnic goers are asked to bring a blanket and/or folding chairs. The menu will include hotdogs with all the “fixings.” The cost is $2.10 for a student meal and $3.25 for an adult meal.
The upper Eastern Elementary School talent show will immediately follow the family picnic at 1:15 p.m. Eastern Elementary School families and community members are invited to attend the talent show that will take place in the school gymnasium. This is a free event.
