On Thursday, March 25th, at 8:30 a.m., Central Grade School students will present a cash donation to the American Red Cross at a special presentation in Lars Hockstad Auditorium. The Central Grade School Student Council coordinated a school fundraiser to help earthquake victims in Haiti. Each classroom has been collecting donations toward this cause. Student Council members will visit Traverse City State Bank prior to the presentation for assistance in counting the money collected.
Central Grade School will proudly donate all fundraising proceeds to Mr. Kevin Bavers, Executive Director of the Traverse City Office of the American Red Cross, at this upcoming presentation.
