On Thursday, March 18th, The Chief of Staff of the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Vice- Admiral John P. Currier, will speak to students at Traverse Heights Elementary School. This presentation is part of an on-going “Adopt-A-School” partnership between Traverse Heights Elementary School and the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City. The presentation will take place at 9:00 a.m. in the Traverse Heights Elementary School Gymnasium, 933 Rose Street.
In addition to visiting Traverse Heights Elementary School, while in Traverse City, USCG Vice- Admiral John P. Currier will conduct an official unit visit and receive briefings on the Traverse City area from TCAPS leadership and local community members.
