Traverse City Area Public Schools’ Indian Education Parent Committee will hold their next meeting on Monday, February 1st. The Indian Education Parent Committee was established to provide input and assistance in developing Indian Education Program proposals, to review the planning, implementation, and evaluation of programs and to develop increased awareness of new and existing Indian Education Programs.
All parents and guardians of Native American Indian students are encouraged to attend these informative meetings and to share their thoughts and opinions. Meetings will begin at 6:00 p.m. at Traverse City High School, 3962 Three Mile Road North.
Meeting dates for the remainder of the 2009/2010 school year are as follows:
- Monday, February 1st
- Monday, March 1st
- Monday, April 12th
- Monday, May 3rd
- Monday, June 7th
