Traverse City Area Public School’s Students in Transition Empowerment Program (STEP) would like to thank the many individuals, businesses, and organizations that supported the STEP Program during the holiday season. This year the program was able to provide gifts for 57 families with children ranging from newborn to 19 years of age. All children received a “need” gift as well as a “wish” gift. This was made possible by the exceptional efforts and support of the following groups:
- Rotary Club of Traverse Bay Sunrise, Kathy Wing, Community Services Chair
- Anonymous Donor to Host Homes
- Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Grand Traverse, Linda Dunigan
- Traverse City Record-Eagle, Carolyn Morrissey
- Grand Traverse County Democratic Committee, Diana Ketola
- Meijer
- Grand Traverse Area Retirees, Inc, John Sanchez

- Traverse City High School Staff
