On Monday, January 25th, Michigan’s poet and bard Terry Wooten will bring his performance poetry and writing to Traverse City West Middle School sixth grade students. Terry Wooten will perform in the school library in the morning and afternoon.
Terry Wooten is a local author and two-time recipient of the Michigan Creative Artist Award. He was also the 2006 and 2007 Master of Ceremonies for Michigan’s Poetry Out Loud Program.
