Information regarding District negotiations with the Traverse City Education Association (TCEA) is available on the TCAPS Web site. The information provides a summary of proposals from the TCEA and administration teams.
To locate the information, go to www.tcaps.net and click on the “Human Resources / Employment” tab. On the Human Resources web page, select the link for the TCEA Negotiation Update document listed in a box at the lower-left side of the page.
