TCAPS has scheduled four focus group meetings to gather further public input on the development of the District’s Long Range Master Plan.  The meetings are scheduled as follows:

Monday, November 27           4:00p.m.-5:30 p.m.          Silver Lake Elementary School Cafeteria

Monday, November 27            6:30 p.m.-8:00 p.m.            Central Grade School Auditorium

Tuesday, November 28            4:00 p.m.-5:30 p.m.             TC Central High School Cafeteria

Tuesday, November 28            7:00 p.m.-8:30 p.m.     TC West Junior High School Little Theater

Kingscott facilitator Kent Roberts will be hosting the meetings.  He will be asking attendees to share their ideas related to the four issues before the District’s Long Range Master Planning Committee:

1. What is the most desirable grade configuration for TCAPS’ schools?
2. Where should the Districts’ Montessori and TAG programs be located?
3. Can more efficiency and effectiveness be achieved in TCAPS’ facility utilization?
4. How should the order of elementary building reconstruction projects proceed?
