Traverse City Area Public Schools is proud to announce the following students from Traverse City West Senior High School and Traverse City Central High School who have earned the designation of Advanced Placement (AP) Scholar by the College Board in recognition of their exceptional achievement on the college-level AP exams.

The following Class of 2006 students qualified for the Advanced Placement (AP) Scholar with Distinction Award by earning an average grade of at least 3.5 on all AP exams taken, and grades of 3.0 or higher on five or more of the AP exams:

  Traverse City Central High School:

  Traverse City West Senior High School:

• Geoffrey Bloom, Phillip Moll, Laura Ruble, Ashley Turner, and Alexandra Warbasse

The following Class of 2006 students qualified for the AP Scholar with Honor Award by earning an average grade of at least 3.25 on all AP exams taken, and grades of 3.0 or higher on four or more of the AP exams:
