Award Winning Artist to visit Bertha Vos Elementary School on February 12, 2008

On February 12, 2008, Bertha Vos Elementary School students will hear an exciting presentation from award winning artist and children’s book illustrator, Michael Glenn Monroe, at 1:15 p.m. and 2:15 p.m. in the Bertha Vos Elementary Library. Michael Glenn Monroe will share his experiences as a beginning artist, to the professional artist and illustrator that he is today. He will complete his presentation by leading the students through a detailed drawing exercise that shows them that they can draw better than they thought they could.
