On Wednesday, November 14, 2007 Bertha Vos Elementary School will continue their celebration of Children’s Book Week with an Around the World in a Harpbeat! performance by harpist/vocalist and sometime percussionist, Donna Novack.

Harpbeat! is a fun, interactive, and educational introduction to World Geography designed for all ages.  While singing, moving, and laughing with the music, children learn about the different continents, hear several different languages, and learn about cultures from around the world.

The performances will take place in the school gymnasium at the following times:

·        1:20 p.m. – 2:10 p.m.                 3^rd – 6^th Grade  

·        2:20 p.m. – 3:10 p.m.                 PreK – 2^nd Grade
