Parents of fifth and sixth grade students are invited to attend an informational meeting on November 26, 2007 to learn more about TCAPS’ transition to middle schools. The meeting will be held in the Traverse City West Junior High School Little Theatre from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Traverse City West Junior High School and Traverse City East Junior High School will transition to middle schools, housing grades 6th – 8th, beginning in the 2008-2009 school year. The evening will include a joint presentation from TC East Junior High School and TC West Junior High School Principals. Additionally, early recommendations will be shared with parents regarding the middle school schedule, special area options, and extracurricular activities.
