On Saturday, May 5, 2007, athletic sports physicals will be offered to all TCAPS students who plan to try out for athletic teams at the junior high or senior high school level during the 2007-2008 school year. Physicals will take place at Traverse City West Senior High School from 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Cost is $20.00 per athlete. Financial aid is available for qualified applicants upon request through the athletic office.

Physical cards must be signed by both parents and students in order for the physical to be performed. Physical cards are available at TC Central High School and TC West Senior High School Athletic Offices as well as both junior high schools and elementary schools.

Physicals are required for any student wishing to participate in athletics in grades 7 – 12 during the 2007-2008 school year. Please note: There will be no make-up physical date this year.
