On Wednesday, May 2, 2007 local artists/illustrators, Wendy Halperin and John Mooy, will visit Westwoods Elementary School. Halperin and Mooy will spend the entire school day with students. The students will participate in workshops demonstrating writing and drawing techniques as well as learn about storytelling. The illustrators will wrap up the day with an all school assembly at 2:45 p.m. in the school gymnasium.
