TCAPS’ Elementary Spanish Programs Receive Classroom Grant Award from MEEMIC Insurance/Harvitt Agency and TBA Credit Union

Three elementary Spanish programs in the Traverse City Area Public Schools District will benefit from a $500 classroom grant award. Representatives from MEEMIC Insurance/Harvitt Agency and TBA Credit Union will personally present the award to TCAPS’ Montessori Spanish Teacher Tamara Batcha, on Thursday, February 1^st at 10:00 a.m. at Central Grade School. The award money will be used to support student learning in the Spanish programs at TCAPS’ Montessori, Old Mission Peninsula School, and Cherry Knoll Elementary School. TBA Credit Union and MEEMIC Insurance/Harvitt Agency are committed to students and the educators dedicated to their enrichment. Please contact Tamara Batcha at 933-5614 for more information.
