Traverse City Central High School is pleased to announce the Novice Debate Team final standings at the East Kentwood Invitational Debate Tournament held October 16th and 17th at East Kentwood High School, Kentwood, Michigan.
“TC Central Debate Team made quite a name for itself at the East Kentwood Invitational Tournament,” commented Carol Roehrich, TC Central High School Debate Team Coach.
TC Central High School Debate Final Standings:
- Clark Belanger and Evan Cover Junior Varsity Finalists
- Kennedy Cullen and Brandon Henton Novice Semi-Finalists
- Sophie Hutchison and Skylar Thompson Novice Quarterfinalists
- David Blesh and Kevin Query Novice Quarterfinalists
- Kevin Query First Place Novice Speaker Award
- Katie Stanton Fifth Place Novice Speaker Award
- Skylar Thompson Sixth Place Novice Speaker Award
- Mike Payne Eighth Place Novice Speaker Award
- Kennedy Cullen Tenth Place Novice Speaker Award
