Moomers Homemade Ice Cream of Traverse City has generously donated a copy of the new book Moomers Ice Cream Tamed Bigfoot by local author, Greg Pugh to each of Traverse City Area Public Schools’ elementary school libraries. In celebration of the book release, throughout the month of October, Moomers Ice Cream will host Moomers Bigfoot Adventure. Community members are invited to take part in this event that will include:
- Book Reading by Greg Pugh
- Book Signing
- Bigfoot Adventure Wagon Ride
- A Small Moomers Ice Cream Cone
The cost is $5.00 per person. Participants are encouraged to wear their Halloween costume. Events will be held at Moomers Homemade Ice Cream, 7265 North Long Lake Road, on the following dates and times:
- Monday, October 19th, at 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesday, October 27th, at 4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday, October 28th, 6:30 p.m.
- Thursday, October 29th, at 4:00 p.m.
- Friday, October 30th, at 6:30 p.m.
- Saturday, October 31st, at 1:00 p.m.
