On Tuesday, June 5, 2007 Glenn Loomis Elementary School fifth and sixth grade students and their parents will have the opportunity to meet with Traverse City East Junior High School Principals at 6:00 p.m. in the Glenn Loomis Elementary School Cafeteria.
Students from Glenn Loomis Elementary School living on the east side of Division Street will have the option of attending TC East Junior High School beginning in the fall of the 2007-2008 school year. Traverse City Central High School Senior April Naber was one out of 100 winners who recently were awarded a $2,500 PRIDE scholarship from Dobson Communications Corporation. Willow Hill Elementary School student Morgan Culp was chosen as one of the winners in a statewide Priority Health healthy living essay contest for fourth grade students.
On Wednesday, May 23, 2007, at 1:10 p.m., Priority Health will present a $1,000 check to the Willow Hill Elementary School Physical Education program and host a party for Morgan’s fourth grade class.
