Volunteers Needed for the 2010 Senior Party!   Parents, Welcome to the 2010 Senior Party Planning Page! What a wonderful time for our seniors! They have worked so hard getting to where they are now.... preparing for college, taking ACT tests, applying for scholarships. Wondering where they want to go to college. Figuring out what they want to do with their lives. Let’s make this a special and memorable night for them. School is well under way and Parent Teacher Conferences are just around the corner! This is just a reminder that our next meeting is October 21 at 7:30 (After the Parent Teacher Conferences). At the meeting we need to fill any open chairs and vote on a theme. Bring a friend and your ideas to the meeting.  Thank you to all the parents who have already volunteered to help with the Senior Party planning and preparations. We would really like to reward our 2010 graduates for a job well done by throwing them a party they will never forget. To pull it off, we need all the volunteers we can find. It is never too late to get involved!  Your help is needed in the following areas: Provide food for the event Serve food during the event Set-up crew Clean-up crew Decorations Helper Assist with donation solicitation Prize Committee Chair Auction Committee Chair Other as needed projects Mr. And Mrs. Stultz have graciously volunteered to be the Co-Chairs for the Senior Party Committee, so if you see them, please be sure to say thank you. It has been said that parents love having this opportunity to serve their graduates in this way, so if you would like to be a "Party Parent," just send us an email and let us know how you would like to volunteer.
